Return Window
We offer a return or replacement only if you contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must provide photos or videos as proof of damage or defect while submitting your return request.

- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging
- Any request made after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
