At Shivay Telecom and Electronics, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for our customers while ensuring timely order processing.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.
- Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your order details at:

Include the following:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for cancellation
Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved and the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customized or special bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
- Orders already dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled.
